Our service to you:
To provide swimming lessons using STA/ASA qualified swimming Instructors who will use Swim-With-Me progressive tuition. Fully trained swimming Instructors will work in and out of the water* teaching students to focus on achieving optimum results by helping support the body if required and aiding correct stroke technique through demonstration and guidance. To provide, whenever possible, a temporary cover Instructor in the event of an absence of the regular Instructor. To assess students on a continual basis using Swim-With-Me continual assessment, and awarding Certificates & Badges. Swim-With-Me will endeavour to maintain class sizes but Swim-With-Me reserves the right to change the size and structure of swimming classes without notice. An Instructor and Assistant combination are not always guaranteed. Swimming days and times are not guaranteed. Swim-With-Me prides itself on our water-based tuition but cannot always guarantee this service in each class.
*Parents/Guardians must not approach poolside unless asked to do so by a swimmers Instructor/Assistant. Parents/Guardians must ensure all swimmers are kept away from poolside until their Instructor calls them forward for their lesson. Parents/Guardians must not allow any swimmer, including siblings to walk/play around the perimeter of the pool. Parents/Guardians must not assist in the instruction of a swimmer during their lesson. Parents/Guardians must ensure that swimmers are changed in the correct changing rooms provided, not poolside*. Parents/Guardians must remain on the premises whilst their swimmer is in lessons. Armbands must be worn by non-swimmers unless advised otherwise by their Instructor. Floatation aids eg armbands, water woggles, floats are not supplied by Swim-With-Me and must be supplied by the Parents/Guardians. Please see POOL RULES with reference to additional requirements.
Payments of swimming fees & online purchases:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are pleased to accept orders by the online transaction (secure server). All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept all major debit & credit cards including American Express. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order/service. No payments will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. Fixed-term date payments must be made three weeks prior to the end date to ensure swimming places remain secured. Due to insurance purposes, Swim-With-Me cannot allow anyone to swim unless all payments are up to date.
Authorised Retailer Stripe Payments is used for all our online transactions for members, and general users.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Swim-With-Me Subscriptions & Registrations:
- Specific days & times only are limited and are subject to availability and can not be continually guaranteed
- Continuity in swimming Instructors can not be guaranteed due to absence for holiday or sickness or any other unforeseen reason
- Block 12 weeks – Fixed-term dates – Commitment only to the fixed dates of 12 Weeks with 3 weeks notice to cancel
- Monthly Recurring Easy Payments – Commitment is 3 months with 1 month notice to cancel
- Quarterly Recurring Easy Payments – Commitment is 6 months with 2 months notice to cancel
- Refunds are subject to a 20% administration processing fee
- Credits do not carry a processing fee
- We submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately
- The refund will be credited approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon your bank
Swim-With-Me does NOT offer any refunds or credits for non-attendance of swimming lessons by you the customer no matter the reason
Swim-With-Me WILL credit all swimming lessons cancelled and not delivered by Swim-With-Me no matter the reason
Notice to cancel MUST be given by you the customer to Swim-With-Me in writing to the address above or by email
Our recurring subscription payment options are calculated on the basis that a swimmer will complete a minimum of 12 months swimming tuition.
Should you the customer choose to terminate your subscription before the calculated 12 months, your final payment will be adjusted to show any credit or debit.
This is to allow for 5 week months and any SWM cancellations within the swimming subscription term.
Our group swimming lessons are sold as a discounted block booking. Customers wishing to purchase individual lessons should contact Swim-With-Me customer services on 03455 578803 directly, to make alternative arrangements.
Swim-With-Me reserves the right to withdraw tuition at any time without refund. Swimmers attending lessons without the appropriate swimwear and buoyancy aids may be refused to swim without refund.
Swim-With-Me Promotional Offers:
Swim-With-Me will occasionally run promotional offers for NEW customers unless specified promotional offers will NOT be available for existing customers attending group or private swimming lessons.
Recommend a Friend:
Swim-With-Me “Recommend a Friend” promotional offer can only be claimed by current Swim-With-Me customers.
Swim-With-Me “Recommend a Friend” promotional offer will only apply when current Swim-With-Me customer details are given by a new customer at the time of initial booking and upon payment and completion of a block of swimming lessons.
Swim-With-Me “Recommend a Friend” promotional offer cannot be taken alongside any other Swim-With-Me promotional or introductory offer that may apply at that time.
Swim-With-Me “Recommend a Friend” promotional offer is valid per customer and not per swimmer.
Swim-With-Me “Recommend a Friend” promotional offer is not limited to any number of new recommendations.
Swim-With-Me Introductory Offers:
Unless otherwise stated all Swim-With-Me introductory offers apply only at the time of initial booking with Swim-With-Me and will not apply to new bookings made from other members of the same family at later times.
Swim-With-Me online shop:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 14 days quoting your Packing Note Number and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full excluding any postage and packaging. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please mark the parcel “Returns Department” and let us know the reason for the return. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
With the payment of swimming fees, active members will have online access to Swim-With-Me member information. We will not be liable for non-performance of our obligations caused or resulting from commercial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as an act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items or service ordered, then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items or service already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.
Pricing and Print Errors:
Prices and specifications are checked and confirmed. While every effort will be made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
Corporate Company Insurance:
Full corporate company insurance is held by Swim-With-Me Ltd, which covers all swimmers while attending their lessons. This does not extend further than the pool/changing rooms. Beyond this area, any accidents that occur must be notified to the appropriate body and the matter taken up with them.

All information is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Stills photography or video recording by persons who are not Swim-With-Me personnel is not permitted poolside in strict compliance with Child Protection Policy unless prior permission is given in writing by Swim-With-Me.
Parent/Guardian must ensure that swimmers are changed in the correct changing rooms provided. Changing poolside is strictly prohibited. Children of 8 years and above must change in the correct changing room according to their gender.

Swim-With-Me will from time to time take stills photographs and video recordings during lessons for use of advertising purposes. Parents/Guardians will be given the opportunity to opt-out of this at the time. If Parents/Guardians do not opt-out at the time it will be taken that they have consented to the stills photography or video recordings being taken and used for Swim-With-Me advertising purposes.
- In line with government guidance, we will require all Swim-with-Me members to agree to a declaration of compliance.
- All Swim-With-Me members MUST ensure that we have all the correct contact information on record.
- During COVID restrictions Instructors are required to socially distance.
- During COVID restrictions Parents/Guardians may not be allowed on poolside or in viewing galleries.
- During COVID restrictions swimmers may be asked to arrive swim-ready and towel dry only on poolside before leaving.
All Swim-With-Me members MUST:
- Inform us if you or a member of your household develops symptoms and refrain from swimming until it is established that you do not have coronavirus.
- Inform us if you or a member of your household tests positive for coronavirus, refrain from swimming and follow the government guidelines for isolation.
- Inform us if you or a member of your household has had recent close contact with someone who has coronavirus and you have been advised by the NHS track and trace service to isolate.
